RENTAL RATES
Hourly Rate $100 – $250
Day Rates $300 – $3,000
Rental Rates are listed on daily basis for 10 hr days (example 8 am – 6 PM)
Overtime $200.00 per hour for the first 2 hrs, $300 per hour thereafter.
All hours are rounded up to the nearest hour.
Can be included for Photo Shoots: Studio, Production Office, Lunch Room, Trailer, Back Lot, Phones, Copier, Internet, full facilities, Chairs (if needed)

CLEAN UP:
Renter is responsible for clean-up of facilities upon completion of shooting. Client must remove all props, sets, equipment, lumber and wardrobe.
Clean up fee is waived upon approval.
Clean-up charge is $500.00 or actual cost of removing/cleaning items.
Storage space is not available.
FOR STUDENTS AND NON-PROFITS:
We are happy to offer a 15% discount to students with current Student ID and for Non-Profit Organizations, 501c3.
We accept Master Card, Visa (debit or credit) no personal checks.
*Post Production Services can be provided upon request.
